Men's ministry continues to expand at First Baptist. There is a small group meeting at Richard Lawson's home on Wednesday nights and discussing the book Tender Warrior by Stu Weber. The author was a special forces operative during Vietnam and has some interesting perspective on what it is to be a Godly man. Our first gathering was last night and was extremely positive. Men's Breakfast
The first Wednesday of each month is a Men's (and guests) breakfast at Carrow's at 8:30 AM. We have a great time of fellowship and food. The conversation is always interesting and everyone leaves encouraged. Only 30 days until the next Men's Breakfast. Be sure to mark June 6th on your calendar.
